Introducing Healthy Feet Exfoliating!

O’Keeffe’s Healthy Feet Exfoliating is our exfoliating foot cream that softens your feet after just one application. But just what is the difference between Healthy Feet and Healthy Feet Exfoliating? Who’s it for? And how can you use it as part of your skincare routine? Read on to find out more.

Who’s It For?

Short answer: Everyone!

Long answer: Anyone experiencing dry or cracked skin on their feet.

What’s the difference between Healthy Feet and Healthy Feet Exfoliating?

The main difference is that Healthy Feet Exfoliating, not surprisingly, exfoliates the skin. Over time, dead skin cells clog up the surface of your skin which can hinder your moisturiser from penetrating the skin properly. By exfoliating regularly, you can keep your pores unclogged and the surface of your skin smooth, as well as letting the moisturiser work its magic.

Healthy Feet Exfoliating contains a variety of exfoliating ingredients to help remove dead skin cells whilst locking in that all-important moisture. The specially formulated cream is also infused with peppermint oil to freshen the skin and keep your feet looking and feeling their best.

Healthy Feet Exfoliating also contains:

  • Urea: aids the removal of dead skin cells – much needed after a week on your feet.
  • Shea butter: softens your skin, providing your feet with that extra nourishment they need.
  • Beeswax: acts as a protective layer on your skin’s surface and is high in Vitamin A – helping to support healthy skin.

Our Healthy Feet foot cream is an everyday moisturiser that provides daily care for your hardworking skin. It is packed with several intensively moisturising and softening ingredients including allantoin, effectively protecting your skin throughout the day. Whereas Healthy Feet Exfoliating concentrates on removing dead skin cells with gentle exfoliation, Healthy Feet is all about drawing and retaining moisture into your skin – its non-greasy formula provides daily relief for dry and cracked feet.

Can I use both products?

Yes, and we would recommend doing so!

Healthy Feet is best used as a daily moisturiser whereas Healthy Feet Exfoliating is best used once a week or in cases of “extreme” dry skin such as after hiking, sports and other rigorous activities.

How do they fit into my routine? What’s the best way to use them?

One of the best things about Healthy Feet and Healthy Feet Exfoliating is that they don’t need to be rinsed off, simply apply to your feet and let the formulas get to work. We would recommend the following footcare regime to get the best results for your hardworking feet:

Daily Routine

  1. Shower/Bath
  2. Dry your feet thoroughly
  3. Apply O’Keeffe’s Healthy Feet foot cream to instantly boost moisture levels and create a protective layer on your skin’s surface.

Once A Week

  1. Shower/Bath
  2. Dry your feet thoroughly
  3. Apply O’Keeffe’s Healthy Feet Exfoliating to remove the build-up of dead skin cells. There’s no need to apply moisturiser after.
