O’Keeffe’s Product Refund Offer

We are so confident that you’ll love our O’Keeffe’s products, that if you are not fully satisfied, we will reimburse 100% of the cash price paid in the form of a digital gift card, subject to the below terms and conditions.

To make a claim simply submit your request using the “Contact Us” form. Please include clear images of your purchase receipt (showing the purchase price and date of purchase), as well as a photo of your product (showing the product batch code) with your claim. O’KEEFFE’S COMPANY GUARANTEED RELIEF REFUND TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. Gorilla Glue Europe Limited trading as O’Keeffe’s Company, registered in England and Wales with company number 09219236 and whose registered office is at 26 Eaton Avenue, Buckshaw Village, Chorley, England, PR7 7NA (“we”, “our”, “us”) is the promoter behind the guaranteed relief refund (“Guaranteed Relief Refund”).
  2. These terms and conditions (“Conditions”) set out the full terms you (“you”, “your”) may follow to rely on our Guaranteed Relief Refund. You confirm that, when making a claim against the Guaranteed Relief Refund all information submitted by you is true, accurate, and complete and you comply with and agree to be bound by the Conditions. You will at all times act in good faith towards us.

Who can claim and how to claim

  1. To claim you must (i) have purchased any “O’Keeffe” product in the last 30 calendar days, (ii) be unsatisfied with the product, and (iii) be a UK resident. You will only receive a refund of the amount paid by you for the product in cash e.g. purchases made via a retailer loyalty scheme, including payment by points, will not be covered by our Guaranteed Relief Refund.
  2. To claim on our Guaranteed Relief Refund, you must use the Contact Us form on our website.
  3. You must be able to present the physical product to demonstrate reasonable use and the receipt showing your purchase. When making a claim, you should include clear photos of both. If either the receipt or the product has been discarded you will not be eligible for the Guaranteed Relief Refund.
  4. Our privacy policy will apply when you make a claim via our Contact Us form.
  5. You must make your claim within 30 calendar days from the date of purchase shown on your purchase receipt.
  6. Claims against our Guaranteed Relief Refund are limited to one purchase of each of our eligible products per household within a calendar year. Where you are making claims in respect of multiple products, we will assess each on an individual basis but we may consider the other claims collectively.
  7. We may request further information in order to process your Guaranteed Relief Refund request. We reserve the right to verify any claim made against the Guaranteed Relief Refund including by requesting the product or purchase receipt for physical inspection. We may, in our sole discretion, reject a claim that does not satisfy the eligibility requirements in these Conditions and/or we do not reasonably consider to be made in good faith.
  8. If your claim is successful we will send to you, by email to the address you included in the claim, a pre-loaded electronic gift card up to the value of the cash element of the price you paid for the product you have made the claim against. We have no liability to you to send this electronic refund where you have not included a valid email address as part of your claim.
  9. If the product you are claiming against was purchased through a multibuy offer or other discount, our Guaranteed Relief Refund will only relate to the actual cash price paid by you for the product in question.
  10. Our Guaranteed Relief Refund covers the product price only and excludes any other costs including any postage and packaging costs incurred by you in relation to your purchase of the product.
  11. Product reimbursements may take up to 30 calendar days to process after we receive your claim.

General Information

  2. We reserve the right to amend or withdraw the Guaranteed Relief Refund or these Conditions at any time without notice. The up-to-date wording of these Conditions will be available as long as our Guaranteed Relief Refund is available at https://okeeffesco.co.uk.
  3. We reserve the right to withhold or void any Guaranteed Relief Refund claim where you breach, or we reasonably suspect that you have or will breach, these Conditions.
  4. We do not assume any responsibility for any typographical or other error in our administration of the Guaranteed Relief Refund.
  5. Our decision on any aspect of a Guaranteed Relief Refund claim is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
  6. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for any and all losses, damages, and claimed incurred by any person in connection with our Guaranteed Relief Refund and any claims made in relation to the same.
  7. This Guaranteed Relief Refund is in addition to and does not affect your statutory rights.
  8. The Guaranteed Relief Refund, together with these Conditions, is governed by the laws of England and Wales and will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts (except that you may also make a claim in the courts of your place of residence provided that these are in the UK).
